The RHHA was formed in 2002 to maintain Middle Road, a 2.5km private road with no municipal maintenance.
The membership collectively contributes to the upkeep of the road through annual contributions with a fee structure for type of use. One-time contributions are requested when work commences to help manage the additional wear and tear caused by heavy equipment during these processes.
